Damaged or Incorrect Items

Supplier Fulfilment

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted suppliers. While we work closely with them to ensure a smooth experience, shipping times and return processing may vary depending on the supplier and courier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
