Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
As we work with trusted third-party suppliers through Syncee dropshipping, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and the delivery location within the United Kingdom or international fulfilment centres.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.
Dropshipping Fulfilment
Our products are fulfilled and dispatched directly by trusted third-party suppliers. This means your order may be shipped from different fulfilment centres depending on product availability and supplier location.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that shipping, fulfilment, and delivery are managed by external suppliers and logistics providers.
Shipping Liability
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier and fulfilment provider.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit
- Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout
- Delivery issues caused by the courier
- Additional charges or service interruptions outside our control
However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in contacting the supplier or courier.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow several days for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct before completing an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.
